Place an order by simply adding your selected item to the cart, select check out then follow the prompts to enter your shipping details, payment information and comments.
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out prior to payment. Full payment is required for you to finalise your purchase.
When you place an order it represents an offer by you to purchase the products. It is not binding on us until we have notified you that the order is accepted and goods have been dispatched by us.
Warranties on products sold through funkygenes.com.au only applies to faulty goods and manufacturing. It excludes wear and tear and mishandling of our products. Please see our Refunds and Exchange Policy. Whilst we try to keep our website correct and reliable, we cannot guarantee that it is. We do not give any warranty for the accuracy.
All rights including copyright and design rights in this website and owned by funkygenes. Other product, brand and company names mentioned on the website may be trademarks of other companies.

At funkygenes we guard your privacy. Any information provided by you is used only to facilitate the mailing of your order, We do not keep records, sell your information or contact you without your express permission.
Subscription to the funkygenes Loyalty Club is via your registration and entitles you to 10% off full priced items and our email newsletter. We ask only for your name and email address. These details are kept confidential and used solely by funkygenes to keep you informed with our latest sales and promotions. It is your right to unsubscribe at any time through the contact us page. Simply send an email with the heading “unsubscribe” from
the registered email address and we will unsubscribe you immediately.
Out of Stock
We try to ensure that our website is kept up to date and lists items which are currently available, however when an item has multiple orders in a short time items ordered may become “Out of stock”. We will contact you immediately if an item you have chosen is unavailable or out of stock temporarily. In this situation you will have the choice of waiting for a replacement or the option of a refund or exchange for another product.
Please understand that colours may be depicted differently depending on the monitor you may be using. If you are unhappy with an item selected please refer to our refund or exchange policy.
Refund or Exchanges
Customer service is our primary policy at funkygenes. Please feel free to contact us if you would like more information about any product or would like us to measure clothing etc. We will endeavor to answer promptly and assist in any way which will give you greater confidence in making the right choices.
We are happy to accept exchanges, credits or refunds on full priced items. We are also happy to accept exchanges or credits on sale items.
We realise that items may be unsuitable. If you have received an item that you wish to return please notify us within 7 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org and organise exchange, credit or refund (full priced items only). Send a self addressed Express Pre-paid satchel along with your return and your replacement will be sent or refund credited back to your card.
Please return items in original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags and packaging intact and accompanied with proof of purchase. This will avoid the embarrassment of refusal which is our right should the item not be in brand new condition.

At funkygenes we use Security eWAY gateway service which allows online credit card payments in real time. Customer’s credit card details are encrypted ensuring that they are stored securely.
We do work hard to get your order out as soon as possible. Most orders placed in the morning will go out on the same business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 6 business days for your parcel to arrive.
Australia Post are closed on Public Holidays therefore we will not be able to dispatch on any NSW Public Holidays.
Delivery Fees in Australia
We send all items via Australia Post Express POST for prompt safe delivery. All parcels are scanned and may be tracked online by visiting http://www.austpost.com.au/track and entering the consignment number we will issue you.
Small parcels are $7.50. Large parcels $10.00.
